BAOBA Experiences & 9Star Records invite you to an unforgettable evening of Semba, World Music, Poetry and Dance at the rooftop of Jo&Joe Vienna.

Rooted in Angola, Semba is a musical tradition of rhythm, storytelling, connection and celebration, a cultural expression that has influenced musical movements such as Kizomba and Brazilian Samba.

THE EXPERIENCE

The evening opens with Yta Moreno, bringing his Brazilian soul and Vienna-rooted musical journey to the rooftop.

Live performances follow with Paulo Luemba, Jahson The Scientist, Ismael Suama, DaVinci and ECK, blending Angolan World Music, contemporary sounds and Spoken Word Poetry.

DJ Guevs and Zé Tumba will take us deeper into the night with a curated selection of Semba, Kizomba, Afrobeat, Bachata and more.

A Semba & Afro House Dance Workshop, live music and a welcoming atmosphere complete the experience.

COME AS YOU ARE.

Whether you come to listen, dance, discover or simply share the evening with friends and family, SEMBA is a celebration of culture, friendship and togetherness.

Different ticket options are available, from standard admission to packages with beverages and reserved seating.
